Audit Trail

The optional integrated Audit Trail and structural design makes it fully 21 CFR Part 11 compliant. This very essential Compliance Training Manager add-on is integrated into the application and conforms to: "Final Rule for 21 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 11. 1. Log Date Date when record was accessed; read from the computer's system date. The date format is based on the regional settings as defined in Window's Control Panel.
2. Log Time Time when record was accessed; read from the computer's system time. Time format: 24-hour.
3. Action Reason why record was accessed: Created, Edited, Deleted, Imported, Transfer, Terminated or Replaced. The action entered refers to the action taken within Compliance Training Manager that caused a record data change.
4. Signature Signature of user who initiated the action. The signature for each user must be defined/entered in the Audit Trail Settings accessible through the System drop-down menu. Each signature must be unique and identifiable through a unique ID/Password combination.
