Authoring Pro Interface Overview

1. Authoring Pro features a familiar and intuitive menu system and icon driven toolbars to quickly perform authoring functions such as importing multimedia content, building interactivity, and creating assessments.
   
2. Authoring Pro’s left hand pane displays the title organization in a tree view. Authoring Pro uses a book metaphor to help you create and organize content into Chapters, Sections, and Pages. Use this pane to set up your title structure and drag, drop, cut, copy, paste to easily modify.
   
3. Easily build interactive navigation by using Authoring Pro's button wizard or import your own custom designed buttons.
   
4. Simply drag and drop or copy and paste text, images, animations and graphics onto the page. Click and drag to position and size objects on the page. All objects have properties to further control their presentation and functionality.
   
5. Import a wide array of multimedia objects including audio, video, Flash animations, IPIX 3D pictures, and more. Authoring Pro supports all universal multimedia file types.
   
6. Use text hyperlinks to point to external websites, email addresses, and launch documents such as PDFs and PowerPoint presentations.
   
7. Easily create quizzes, assessments, and surveys using up to seven question types including True/False, Multiple Choice, Fill in the Blank, Essay, Short Answer, Matching, Hot Spot, and Drag and Drop. A wizard walks you through simple steps to create each question. The look and feel of all questions is completely customizable and test options include automated grading, multiple or single page testing, custom feedback, timed testing, , randomization, branching paths and more! Results can be submitted to Learning Management Systems, email, or to any custom backend system via CGI.
   
8. Publish your content to multiple platforms in a single click including HTML, CD, single file executable, and SCORM, AICC, and LRN learning standards. Absolutely no programming knowledge required.
