We offer an 24-hour on-site introduction course and customize a one-day (6 hour) advanced course based upon desired topics and objectives or to be used to create an in-house online course using previous course materials (usually PowerPoint files, Adobe .pdf or Word documents, etc.).

An optional 6 hour (5th day) is desirable for learning how to design web-based training including issues to address with regard to online delivery of course content.

Objectives:

1. Identify work roles in a WBT project.
2. Apply adult learning principles to WBT.
3. Become aware of issues involved in choosing an authoring tool.

The instructional design we use appeals to all types of learners with visual slides and overhead projection with hands-on tasks, activities and quizzes to confirm learning. We also, time permitting, encourage application to actual data that is available.

This instruction gives you a hands-on overview for training management decisions. Learn how to plan course management with regard to user access, organization structure, job positions and learning plans (career path, training track, curriculum, syllabi, etc.) and how to ensure that required courses and compliance issues are properly implemented for particular courses.
