Our Learning Management Systems ( LMS / LCMS )are designed to manage and track training records on your company intranet or internet through a standard web browser.

Learners self-register into courses held in various delivery formats; online or web-based, instructor-led classroom, etc.

The types of web-based Learning Management Systems we offer:

Enterprise Learning Content Management: This Learning Management Content Manager (LCMS) covers the organization that is looking toward the next level of sophistication in their administration of training. This LCMS manages content or learning objects that are served up to the learner upon request. It allows instructors to create content tailored to each user

  2. Use of the Competency version provides:

    • Skills and competency tracking, including non-training information
    • Training by skill competency (once a competency is achieved, it is tracked by learner)
    • Linking of competencies with tests and with courses
    • Ability for supervisors to determine skills attainment
    • Organizational competencies reporting
  3. Use of the Compliance Training Manager Web provides tracking of training compliance for
    FDA 21 CFR Part 11 electronic signature audited training, ISO, QS, OSHA and others.

 

Our LCMS ( Learning Content Management Software System) facilitates the development, delivery, and administration of learning materials and instruction using computers and an intranet or the Internet. Blended learning enables management of all aspects of learning -- traditional classroom, e-learning or online learning, instructor-led web learning, and ancillary activities.

The base Enterprise application encompasses tools for curriculum development, delivery, management, and reporting while add-on modules provide for surveys (used for evaluation and polls), live action synchronous collaboration, job competency training and tracking, customization, and more.

Whether you administer in-house education courses, training classes directed to the general public or
professional clientele, or education programs supporting organizational clients and partners, we have an affordable system to meet your needs. Do your employees speak another language?
Or are your divisions or partners in other countries? Our systems can be multi lingual and are offered in most common languages.

Depending on the features you will use most often, an affordable solution can be found implementing
our LCMS Enterprise, or Competency levels. Other programs only provide launching and tracking of on-line content often with incredibly expensive initial investments. We adhere to AICC / SCORM compliance. Our systems are customizable, scalable, affordable and allow security at all levels as defined by the administrator(s)!

Note: Should you have training materials that are developed to both methods, you can purchase the competency as a module and track some training by module objectives and other course material by skill competencies. However, courses will need to be written and tracked in separate databases for the two methods of tracking. This occurs because testing, employee training history and course materials are all tracked with different approaches for competency from objectives.
