EZTracker 4.5 is the newest update to the popular and widely used
software to track training activities. This latest version features
enhancements based entirely on feedback from the EZTracker user
community. EZTracker has become even easier to use and more adaptable
to different needs and different industries.

IS EZTracker the right
product for you?
If your goal is to have a software tool for resource management or

What EZTracker is
For many organizations, resource management is over kill to the business
need. A good analogy is killing an ant with a sledge hammer. For these
organizations, EZTracker offers tremendous capabilities and value
that will not bust the budget.
EZTracker began as a project for a client in 1995. This client was
frustrated with the costs and delays with developing a home grown
system with their internal staff. Another client working toward the
6-sigma quality standard helped define extended functionality including
curriculum management. Since then EZTracker has been constantly enhanced
and has achieved a large customer base from a broad range of industries
including manufacturing, financial, healthcare, distribution, education,
government, military, law enforcement, software and most other industry
segments.
Version 4.5 of EZTracker represents another step in the development
of the tool. All the new features have been based entirely on user

A data dictionary allows for every field in EZTracker to be
relabeled to whatever term you want and be made required for
entry. (Change LearnerID to SSN, Clock#, UserID...) |

Several additional user definable fields have been added including
additional date and numeric fields. |

Learners
and courses can be made active or inactive. Inactive records
still display on reports, but are not available when enrolling
or posting training tracking. |

key down feature has been applied to enrollment allowing you
to enroll by LearnerID, Last Name, Title ... or Course ID, Course
Desc .... |

A calendar/planning tool has been added to Class Register. This
will drill into your class listings for those classes that are
up-coming today, tomorrow, next week, last week, next month

report manager allows you to link external reports and mail
