Compliance Training Manager Web - Employee/ Learner access

The Employee/ Learner access function allows:
  • Display requirements/electives, training history and training schedules
  • Limit requirements and history to Employee’s ID
  • Display employee's current qualification level
  • Display complete and incomplete requirements
  • Deliver training content as defined and enabled
  • Display company–specific on–line tests, reading material, slides, documents, etc.
  • Employee may sign–off after taking test, reading SOP, etc.
  • Validate and add entry to employee’s training history
  • Verify and mark requirement as completed

  • Allow enrolling into scheduled training courses/ classes
  • Limit view of scheduled classes based upon a display field
  • Cancel an already scheduled course/ class
  • Send automated e–mail response if defined
  • Offer to add Employee ID to waiting list if maximum size has been reached
