The Employee/ Learner access function allows:
- Display requirements/electives, training history and training schedules
- Limit requirements and history to Employees ID
- Display employee's current qualification level
- Display complete and incomplete requirements
- Deliver training content as defined and enabled
- Display companyspecific online tests, reading material, slides, documents, etc.
- Employee may signoff after taking test, reading SOP, etc.
- Validate and add entry to employees training history
- Verify and mark requirement as completed
- Allow enrolling into scheduled training courses/ classes
- Limit view of scheduled classes based upon a display field
- Cancel an already scheduled course/ class
- Send automated email response if defined
- Offer to add Employee ID to waiting list if maximum size has been reached
